TKTX Tattoos are not liable to refund or replace products that have not worked due to misapplication, failure to comply with application leaflet instructions, failure to do a patch test 24 hours prior to using the product, changes in diet, lidocaine immunity, medications or drug use, alcohol or milk consumption, excessive use of numbing agents, personal skin issues or issues with the ink/tattoo or aesthetics method of the artist/practitioner. Refunds or replacements are at the sellers discretion. Topical numbing agents always come with a small risk and this risk is the responsibility of the customer.

A patch test MUST be done within 24 hours prior to using this product each time it is used. Refunds or replacements are at the sellers discretion. Customers requesting International Shipping will be held liable for any customs fees or the cost of any import rejections/destruction of packages due to the relevant countries import laws. Customers should be responsible for knowing the laws in their own country.
